The Client approached Origin Capital with a tight deadline to refinance a number of properties which were all located in central Dublin. Working closely with the client, Origin Capital was able to get the loan approved and drawn down within 5 weeks, allowing the client to complete the deal on time.
The client wished to refinance a portfolio from a funder exiting the Irish market. The client had the opportunity to take back control of the portfolio, which consisted of income producing office, retail, industrial and residential assets. Origin Capital approved a 5 year facility with quarterly interest only repayment terms.
The client requested Origin Capital to provide funding to allow him to refinance two very well located office blocks in a prime business park, one of which was let to a subsidiary of a major International corporate on a long term lease. The client had become frustrated with the service level of his existing funder and had reached an impasse in negotiations. Origin Capital provided an indicative Term Sheet within a week and completed the refinancing within 3 months of the first meeting.
An experienced syndicate requested facilities to part finance a mixed portfolio of office, retail, hotel and residential assets. The facility was arranged over 5 years with interest and modest capital repayments being met on a quarterly basis.
An existing tenant was seeking to purchase the well located building from which they operated. The client set up a Special Purpose Company to buy the asset which was partially funded by Origin Capital.
