Origin Capital was established in 2015 as a fully owned subsidiary of LeBruin, one of Ireland's leading corporate finance firms. We were founded on a simple premise: professional property investors deserve access to flexible, efficient senior debt — without the delays and bureaucracy of traditional bank lending.

We fund senior debt transactions in excess of €2 million, focusing exclusively on commercial real estate investment. By concentrating on this sector, we have built deep market knowledge and a network that allows us to move quickly and decisively on every transaction.
